My journey to becoming an elopement and wedding photographer was anything but typical.

My early adulthood was spent working as a performer, traveling often, and capturing life experiences with a camera. I spent six years working as an acrobatic artist for such world-renowned shows as Le RΓ©ve and The Beatles’ LOVE by Cirque du Soleil. Constantly surrounded by creative people and the arts, my inspiration for photography has thrived and given me a unique perspective on photographing people.

What started as a fun side gig turned into a full-time professional career. I’ve been amazed at the response I get to my work and strive to make each session my best yet. This consistent high work ethic is what keeps my clients coming back and new clients finding relief that they hired the right photographer for them. Each client has a special place in my heart and by viewing my portfolio, I hope this comes across visually.

My approach to photography is simple. For me, it’s more than just creating beautiful photographs for you. I strive to make it an experience you will not forget. I want you to walk away feeling as though you’ve created a special bond with a new friend. I want you to feel comfortable in my presence and know that I will create calm in the face of chaos. When you’re at ease, you are the most natural and there is no better place to be on wedding day.

Those little moments are what fuel my love for photographing weddings and elopements in Lake Tahoe, Southern California, and just about anywhere else in the world. It’s the epic sunsets that cascade on the day and fill the empty spaces with light. Couples finally able to be one with each other, embracing each other tight, breathing together, holding hands, and seeing their new world together.

Connection is the word that speaks to me most when I think of my greatest joy; Be it connection with another human, connection to source, connection to Mother Nature, and most important connection to self. My greatest joy moment is when I am with myself, camera in hand, the ocean is in front of me and the sun setting. This is the moment I feel most alive and most connected to everything.

I love humans and I love showing them their greatest potential. I am inspired by the fact that I have the ability to show humans themselves in a way they could never imagine. I get to show them the way I see them through my lens. This is a gift and a superpower as far as I am concerned. I love that I am allowed to show people the way that I see them. This is what inspires my work.

I do my best to take time every day to find presence. I love yoga, I love hiking, I love being in nature, and I love to meditate. I always make time every day to sit with myself and observe the world.
